Team building programs are magical. Leaders appear. Conflicts disappear. Bonds are strengthened. A future of possibilities materialize before a group’s eyes - just like magic.

Some team building programs use gurus, experts, credentialed instructors or charismatic presenters to deliver their message. Others offer their own, unique brand of communication or leadership training, personality identification, methods, events, techniques or affirmations. When effective, these programs create their own kind of magic.

Our workshop, The Magic of Team Building, focuses on experiential styled initiatives that nearly any facilitator, group member, program coordinator, presenter or celebrity speaker can accomplish, like a pro.

The workshop operates on two levels, simultaneously.

Level One:
Experience the initiative: After all, this is experiential learning. Participants have to touch and taste the magic.

Level Two: 

Pull back the curtain revealing how the magic is done.

Through this workshop, participants will leave knowing how to present group tested initiatives, activities, challenges and begin hosting the discussions that can make any facilitator a Team Building Magician. No special equipment, no special talent or performance skills needed. No mirrors, trap doors, marked cards, thumb tips or
sleight of hand.

The only requirement: Believe in the possibility of the team, team members, yourself,
and magic.
